I am re-sending the e-mail I sent in June that had some Comp Svcs tips, in case anyone "accidentally" deleted it... :-) Yes, this is long, but worth holding on to (in my opinion).

See below for additional tips that really are worth reading ---

Logging into email/deletions: If you do not log-in within 90 days, your account will be deleted by Cola. If there a situation where someone is on a long-term leave (medical, maternity, etc..), please contact Comp Svcs here so Cola will know not to delete it.

Workstation only: When this option is checked at log-in, you are literally signing into only the workstation (computer). You will not be able to see your H: drive or any shared drives. If you log-in and do not see these things, please log out and make sure this option is "unchecked".

Saving files/Creating shortcuts: Anything saved on your desktop or saved to C: drive is not backed up. You should be saving important files to the H: drive. If you want something on your desktop because you use it often, follow these steps: Right-click on the Start button (bottom left of the screen) and select "Explore". Right-clk on the document you want to make a shortcut to, and select "Create Shortcut". Then move this shortcut to your desktop. You can do this by holding down the left mouse button and dragging to the left of your window and drop it into "Desktop"
